Bond Desk Partner Agreement

 

I understand the Bond Desk year is split into 13 x 28 calendar day periods with Investor facing Partners, Bond Desk Members and Company facing Partners carrying equal importance.

I will use my best endeavours to introduce ten or more Partners from my personal network of contacts worldwide who potentially have access to Companies with unmet financing needs and/or Investors looking for Investment Opportunities.

Furthermore, I will use my best endeavours to introduce a total of 13 or more Companies with unmet financing needs and/or Investors looking for Investment Opportunities each year.

For deals i am ACTIVELY involved in, payment of any fees due to me will be made within 28 calendar days AFTER cleared funds with regard to The Bond Desk's Fees are in The Bond Desk's bank account.

Once the Profit Pot has achieved a cost effective balance for disbursement, I will receive my share of the Profit Pot disbursement within 28 calendar days of the disbursement announcement.

I confirm it is solely my responsibility to ensure that The Bond Desk has accurate destination bank account details to disburse any funds due to me.

By filling in my email address and my WhatsApp number i confirm my acceptance of this Bond Desk Partner Agreement

This provides The Bond Desk with an Audit Trail of which person introduced which other person to The Bond Desk

The Bond Desk will use the email address you provide to keep you updated on developments, fee and profit pot disbursements etc
